The Traditions 900 is
available in dual fuel only. It has a large five burner, stainless steel
hob, with individual wells and solid cast iron vitreous enamel pan
supports.

210-GEO T has the same hotplate but two separate ovens.

Unique large capacity single oven. Thermostatically controlled
temperatures from 80 deg C - 260 deg C. Twin fan-assisted for even heat
distribution. Heating elements situated around twin fans. Fast initial
heat up. Smooth action heavy drop down door. |

Flame Failure Device
Automatic disconnection of gas supply in the event of flame failure. The
Traditions 900 is one of the only domestic ranges to incorporate this
safety feature standard in the commercial kitchen. |

Oven Interior
Commercial grade stainless steel
interior with 6 shelf positions, 2 chrome shelves and removable shelf
hangers. |

Ambient Storage Area
Becomes warm when oven and grill are in use. Large enough to accommodate
10 degree plates and cooking utensils.
