The Falcon Traditions 1092 is the domestic kitchen range the
professional would choose. A powerful combination of form and substance.
The gas or dual fuel version has a large five burner, stainless steel hob with
individual wells and solid cast iron vitreous enamel pan supports. The
ceramic version has a one piece, easy clean hob with five cooking zones.
The Traditions 1092 has twin ovens to allow you to cook to perfection at
different temperatures on different shelves. The separate grill provides
even cooking without hot spots and the ambient storage drawer may be
used for proving bread. The gas version comes in a choice of all gas or
dual fuel.
